Clinician-Led

Our Clinical Coder Education is delivered by clinicians, who understand the constraints of the classification principles in the Australian Coding Standards. Our clinicians help coders to understand the 'medicine behind the codes', building their confidence to analyse medical records and identify gaps in documentation, and produce high quality, ethical documentation queries to ensure the complexity of each patient is captured.

Pursuit Program Integration

CDIA Clinical Coder Education can be conducted independently or integrated into the CDIA Pursuit Program. The ultimate aim is to upskill coders to increase additional diagnosis capture.
