What your day will look like….

Your day will be a dynamic blend of collaboration, education, and quality assurance. You'll actively engage with clinicians across all divisions, delivering presentations and meetings to enhance documentation practices that support accurate coding and DRG assignment. Alongside providing expert guidance on coding requirements, you'll perform audits to ensure high-quality coding, review clinical documentation with clinicians, and work closely with the Clinical Coding Manager to implement improvements. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of coding standards and fostering a positive, high-performance culture will be essential in driving improvements and achieving sustainable outcomes.
